Barcelona, ​​October 2, 2017 – It is a pleasure to communicate to all our customers, partners and collaborators that ICE Consultants has been integrated into the KPS AG group, European leader in digital transformation consulting and SAP. ICE will continue operating autonomously, as it has been doing so far, providing SAP services to its customers with the added value of having the support of more than 800 highly specialized consultants.

KPS is headquartered in Munich, Germany, and was established in 2000 and its growth during the last 17 years has been spectacular. Its turnover, estimated for 2016-17 is 160 M €, with more than 800 consultants distributed along its 10 offices in Europe and USA. The company is a full-service provider of end-to-end strategy and process consulting including technology evaluation and implementation in Omnichannel and digital transformation projects. Its consultants support companies such as Hugo Boss, Puma, Lidl or Dansk Supermarked.

Thanks to this integration, ICE will be able to continue offering its customers the closest treatment, but with a more powerful financial muscle and a global approach. At the service level, ICE expands its portfolio offering expertise in the retail sector thanks to reinforcements in its internal team, new SAP technologies such as Hybris, where KPS has exceptional references at European level and is SAP Platinum Partner. It will also increase its volume of customers and AMS service coverage capacity that it will offer to its customer in the same format (Domestic or Nearshore) and conditions that up to now.
